These terms govern your use of the Promptu Consulting website and our consulting services. By engaging us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Services
Promptu Consulting provides AI consulting for businesses, including our Launch Pack, Build Pack, and Maintenance Pack. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of every engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Pricing & Payment
- The Launch Pack is a flat, one-time fee, credited toward a Build Pack if you continue.
- Build Packs are fixed-scope, one-time engagements priced within the quoted range before work starts.
- The Maintenance Pack is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide reasonable access to the people, systems, and information needed to complete the work, and to review deliverables in a timely way.
4. Ownership
Tools, accounts, and materials we build for you belong to you once paid for. Accounts are created in your name wherever possible, and everything we deliver keeps working if our engagement ends.
5. Third-Party Tools
Our work often relies on third-party software (such as AI platforms and automation tools). Those products are governed by their own terms and pricing, which their vendors may change. We choose established tools carefully but are not responsible for third-party changes or outages.
6. No Guarantees
We give practical, good-faith recommendations, but business results vary. Our advice is not legal, financial, or tax advice.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information learned during an engagement confidential.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
9. Governing Law
