Privacy Policy

Effective 29 July 2026

At Promptu Consulting, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our website or work with us.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers we use to run our business, under confidentiality obligations, or with legal authorities when required by law. For this website that means two of them: Hostinger, which hosts the site and carries our email, and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces the site is set in — loading a font sends your IP address and browser details to Google. No other third party receives data from this site.

4. Client Confidentiality

Information about your business, workflows, and data that we learn during an engagement is treated as confidential. Tools and accounts we set up for you stay in your name and under your control.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure, and we security-review the tools we recommend before they touch your data.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing tyler@promptuconsulting.com.

7. Cookies

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tracker on any page, so there is nothing here to consent to or opt out of. If that ever changes we will say so here first.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to serve you, comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Questions? Email tyler@promptuconsulting.com.
