Promptu Consulting started with a simple observation: the businesses that built West Michigan — staffing firms, contractors, family companies — are being left out of the AI conversation. The tools got easy. Nobody bothered to translate them.
So we started doing the translating. We are two people from Grand Rapids who would rather show an owner a working tool than a slide deck. We sit down, watch how the work actually gets done, and rebuild the parts that eat the most hours.

Tyler runs the client side of Promptu — the audits, the build work, and the training. He studies business at the University of Michigan's Ross School and started Promptu after watching established Grand Rapids owners get talked past by every AI vendor they met. He is the one who will sit in your office and map how a week actually runs.
Co-founder & strategy
Brendan handles strategy and operations — scoping engagements, pricing them honestly, and making sure what we promise is what gets delivered. He keeps a close eye on where AI tooling is heading so clients hear about the changes that matter and none of the noise that does not.
